Thomas holds masters’ degrees in Business Engineering and Operations & Technology Management and completed and Executive Program at Singularity University. Early in his career he worked as a Senior Advisor in Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions at KPMG before joining Econopolis, a wealth advisory and wealth management services provider. At Econopolis Thomas was, as a partner, responsible for the Private Investments division, working with high net worth clients in managing private equity and private debt investments. Thomas is co-founder and Managing Director at Harmoney.

After receiving his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ghent University Wouter started working in the telecommunication market and participated in various delivery projects at fixed and mobile operators. In 2004 he joined IBCN as a research assistant where he was involved in various European and national research project. In 2009 Wouter obtained a PhD in the field of Computer Science. In 2011 he became business developer for Ghent University (Industrial Research Fund). In this role, he has been involved at iMinds (CTO, Future Internet Technologies) and as Director Research Valorization at IMEC. Wouter is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Harmoney.

Urbain Vandeurzen Dr. ir. Urbain Vandeurzen is a Belgian captain of industry who was the Chairman and CEO of LMS International from 1980 to 2012, when the group was acquired by Siemens. Under his leadership the company grew from a niche player to a world leading software and consulting company for the automotive industry, with over 1.200 employees in more than 40 offices worldwide. Urbain Vandeurzen is Honorary Chairman of employers’ organization VOKA. He’s an active investor and board member for several leading companies in the technology and finance space.

Bert Vandeurzen Bert Vandeurzen is Chief Family Officer at VMF Invest, the privately owned investment firm of the Vandeurzen family. At VMF Invest Bert is responsible for defining the strategy and the close monitoring of the investments of the family office, while also serving as an active board member in the portfolio companies. Earlier in his career Bert Vandeurzen was a senior auditor at PwC and has held functions as an Operations Manager and CFO.

Stan De Schepper Stan De Schepper is a technology entrepreneur, investor and advisor. As a former executive at Norkom Technologies, BAE Systems and Fenergo he has a more than 20 year record of starting, building, growing and transforming technology companies, innovating and bringing state of the art technology products to the fintech space. He currently works closely with the senior management teams of technology companies, assisting in the development of strategy and offering leadership, support and advice based on his previous experience in building and internationalizing software companies.

Pieterjan Bouten Pieterjan holds master degrees in both Communication Sciences and International Business. He started his professional career at Netlog and Accenture, where he held senior roles in both companies. In 2010, he co-founded the mobile development agency In the Pocket and still serves on its board. One year later Pieterjan founded Showpad, together with Louis Jonckheere and Peter Minne. Today, he is co-founder and CEO of this leading sales enablement platform, with offices in Ghent, London, Portland, Chicago and San Francisco. The company has more than 1.000 customers worldwide, including enterprises like Xerox, Coca Cola and Roche.

Jeroen Lemaire Jeroen Lemaire is co-founder and CEO of the Digital product studio In The Pocket. In The Pocket conceives, shapes and builds products for the world of Mobile, Virtual Reality and the Internet of Things. These digital products are used by millions of people. In The Pocket partners on a strategic level with companies that want to make a difference in the connected world such as de Persgroep, Bancontact, Colruyt, Medialaan... Jeroen is also a thought leader in digital strategy, customer centric product design and growth management.

Alex Van Overloop Alex Van Overloop is an experienced entrepreneur and manager in the fields of fintech and cloud computing with a strong focus on change, innovation and transformation management. He has held leading positions as a co-founder, CTO, COO, Innovation Director and CEO for a number of leading technology companies such as Hostbasket (which he co-founded), Telenet and Isabel Group. He’s an active coach for start-ups and scale-ups. Alex holds master degrees in industrial and civil engineering.
